My Uncle receives great care at this facility. Everyone there truly cares about all the residents.

It’s a great place for people who need help. The staff and the CNAs very nice too.

Quite possibly the nastiest nursing home ever. My daughter was there for several months and I know she was a very difficult patient but there was no excuse for the filth we witnessed. The smell hits you as soon as you open the front door and I saw no effort to take care of it, even though we put products in her room to help. At one time the floor in her room was very sticky and when I asked about it they said that it was possibly the soda that she spilled LAST WEEK. Another time she was eating lunch in the day room and another patient spilled some food on the floor and the food was still there the next day. Some of the staff seemed to care and others just ignored calls for help. We were told by another patient not to expect them to answer any calls. Please look at the ratings for homes before you put your loved one in a place like this. We basically had no choice at the time but would not wish this place on anyone.

You to can be crushed by a hospital bed with no explainable reason. Take your loved ones elsewhere.

The housekeeping could use some work, and the maintenance guy doesnt always answer requests when things need fixing. But the admin always respond when you have a problem and the nurses seem to genuinely care about my aunt. Theres never been a problem that hasnt been solved!

Their communication is great. The admissions team is so sweet especially Allison and Martha. All of the nurses and CNAs show so much love when taking care of my dad, I feel better about not being there as often.

Overall, their friendliness and care in how they’ve treated me is what I’d love for others to know about this place! Everyone bends over backwards to make sure you are cared for. EVERYONE is so friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the nurses & CNAs, and the Admins. If you need something, they help you right away! Their therapy dept is so helpful. They built my strength back up so fast. Thank you all for helping me

The care team at Waverly Hills Post Acute consistently provides excellent, professional care. Staff are responsive, courteous, and attentive to resident needs. The facility is clean, well managed and communication with families are clear and timely. I highly recommend for dependable, quality skilled nursing care!

Both hot and cold about this phisclty nurses were real nice therapy was grate they screwed with my catheters pretty often state took my check thanks to them but guess that’s legal go finger over all wouldn’t be my first choice but wouldn’t be a bad choice none the less

Waverly Hills Post Acute has such a welcoming and supportive environment. The nurses are compassionate and professional, and the rehab team is top-notch. Amazing nursing staff! I would recommend!

Worst experience of my life. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Got a bone infection in my foot, never had a hot meal, some staff is ok some is not. People in therapy were great. Do not take care of medical needs, always short staffed and administrators are nasty lieing people. Medicare needs to audit them.

So many of the people that work here exhibit genuine concern and love for my mother and other residents here. My mother is content and she feels safe; I know that she is safe and I’m thankful that she is here. My only complaint is what is so common in nursing homes, that being the issue of not always having enough staff to take care of everything.

I’ve been here 4 times and they have been very good and the best rehab place I’ve been too. Lovely people there!

I work at another nursing facility in the area. We sent a loved one to Waverly Hills to be closer to family. We’ve heard nothing but great things about the team and care so far. So glad to know she is being taken care of!

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

They are wonderful. My husband has been there for a year. The nurses are great. The CNA are the best. The people in the offices are great and care about me too. I am very pleased to have my husband there. Everyone cares about both of us.

The therapy girls are awesome and they have always been there for all of the residents. They encourage me to do my therapy. I will miss all of them when I’m able to get out of here. They all deserve a great raise for the great things for the hard work that they do for us al

House keeping needs to up their game I see them mop but the floors still look dirty. Just saying.
